Happy Halloween MONTH!
The Horror Writer's Club is hosting a contest EVERY Sunday of our hallowed month of Halloween leading up to our special day. Please join one or all of the contests!
This week's October horror contest is:
MONSTERS in 500 words or less. Any good story summoning a monster, whether it be a werewolf, zombie, monster, giant worm, or a political candidate going door-to-door for signatures, make it about a beast and make it scary. Word count is measured from your computer's counter. Title is excluded from word count.
Each month the Horror Writer's group will host a horror writing contest, leading up to October where we will have numerous contests and our inaugural haunt! If you enjoy horror, whether to write or to read, PLEASE join our Horror Writer's club--it is new, and could use some love!
Happy Hauntings Everyone
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Monday, October 11, 2021.
