Six Word Story XXIII
The topic for this contest is: SIX WORD MEMOIR XXIII.
"Legend has it that Ernest Hemingway was challenged to write a story in only six words.
His response was, "For sale: Baby shoes. Never worn.""
RULES FOR SWS XXIII:
- THEME: SNOW!
Write a six word TRUE story about: A most favourite childhood memory of playing in the snow.
*If you were never around snow as a child then write a six word true story about NOT having a fave memory playing in the snow.
- Must be a TRUE story.
- Must be only SIX words.
- NO author's notes - story MUST stand on its own without any explanations.
*Yes, (grammatically-correct) hyphenated words are allowed to be counted as one.
*IMPORTANT! Please Read The Following Carefully:
Yes, these entries are going into a multi-author book titled, "Get Ready! Get Set! GO!" (at least they're supposed to be anyway lol). As of right now (2/10/2010 - 10:10am PST), the last chapter is "chapter 352".
Save your entry in "Preview" mode first. After you save (preview) your entry to FanStory, edit as usual and fix the chapter number before you release it to the public. There will then be a little tiny box at the top of your edit screen to put chapter numbers in. Please keep them going up in chronological order. Thank you so much for helping me with this!

Write a story that incorporates the topic theme. The story does have to be specifically about the topic theme. Creative approaches are welcomed.
Minimum Length: 6 words. Maximum Length: 6 words. Recommended Length: 6 words. ;-)

The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
