From the far corner of the globe, Evelyn
A million wishes come flying to you.
You have journeyed a long long way, Evelyn
Climbing rocky hills and crossing whirlpools.
Stones and thorns scattered on your path, Evelyn
But though very deeply they did cripple,
With rare grit you marched ahead, Evelyn
Stronger and finer with every tough trials.
May you get well to inspire more,Evelyn
For many more lovely birthdays to come.
This I know and know very well,Evelyn
That God loves everyone, but He loves you more.
