 ABOUT
MARILLION

Marillion is David Nelson Bradsher, a self-constructed Byronic Hero (or Zero), flawed but well-meaning, simple but paradoxical, and still a work in progress.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) in 1989 with a B - more...

The Seal of Quality committee has rewarded him with 5 seals.

The blanket, wrinkled as a Shar-pei’s skin,
was useful once — no more.
I dumped it in the canvas bin
That greeted patrons at the Goodwill store.

Neglected, shredded in its long repose,
it was a token of
those afternoons, sans cares (and clothes),
when winter spooning led to making love.

Its memories composed an epitaph
to beauty, worn and frayed—
to love's cohesion, torn in half,
and sentiments hued bright, but cued to fade.
