A tattoo image creates recognition and kinship
"Kinship in a Small Cafe" by Minglement

Falling locks hid her face and hands as she clutched her cup. He was drawn to approach. Her arm's semi-colon tattoo said she nearly ended her life-story.

"It isn't over." He bared his arm with like image. Drowning sea green eyes found his. "May I sit?"

She smiled.

50 Word Flash Fiction writing prompt entry

Writing Prompt
Write a story that is a dribble. That's 50 words. Title not included in count.

Recognized

Author Notes
The tattoo of a semicolon is recognized by a group of individuals as representing a sentence the author could have ended, but didn't. The sentence is their life. The tattoo is generally on the wrist or arm. Thanks to Pinterest for the great artwork, and to you for reading. My word processor says 50 words, 258 characters.
Pays one point and 2 member cents.
