My grand-daughter wants an ice-cream.
"An animal Farm"
by Goodadvicechan
At the traffic light, I wanted to turn right. Yuen Yee, my three-year-old granddaughter said, "Grandpa, go straight."
"Honey, I'm not lost. I know the way home."
"Grandpa, I can show you a shortcut to go home"
She would cry if I didn't listen to her.
She directed me to go straight for about one mile. Then she asked me to turn right into a narrow lane leading to a small hill.
I followed her instruction, and ended in a parking lot on the top of a hill.
"Grandpa, I want an ice-cream. This is an animal farm with an ice-cream shop."
Author Notes
I was visiting my son and his family in Malvern, PA. I offered to pick up my grand-daughter from her day-care center.
Instead of going home, she led me to a ice-cream shop located in an animal farm. This farm has horses, cows, chickens, and ducks. Kids are allowed to run around in the farm.
