Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
Lies and deceit . . .
"False Love" by livelylinda
from the missing new bathroom scales
to the window air conditioner
promised to a grandson,

and nobody won;

from the lies and deceit
realization

moving from pain to anger
life moves on free of guilt
breathing fresh air once more

as I walk out that dirty door

Author Notes
Thank you to Liilia for use of the picture, "Ugly Door".
