A crime had been committed in the grand Victorian house. I was certain I'd seen the murderer, coming from the conservatory with a rope. Of course, the professor laid the blame on me.
"Don't get your feathers ruffled, Mrs. Peacock. I saw you in the hall with the candlestick!"
"That wasn't me, you fool. It was Colonel Mustard!"
"Oops," said Plum. "I must've dropped my glasses when I was looping the rope over the beam."
