Thank you very much. The world needs more kind people like you as well :) you may have difficulty believing this but Im only 14 years old. So maybe in a few years my words will have a great impact upon the world. Thanks again.

Yes, I had noticed you age when I pulled up your profile page. You have tapped into a wisdom beyond your years and has no concept of time. How fortunate you are to have been granted such a gift. Beware of how your Ego may sneek up disguised as your friend and try to steal it from you. But, I have the feeling you are already aware and cautious of that little stinker.

Thank you so very much. I will be aware of my ego. Thanks for the tip.

No Heart's Ever Old
I hope you are enjoying your Spring and the "melody". I enjoyed your rhymed quatrains and vivid descriptions. Your personification of the "wind's" lack of "footprints" is quite effective. Cheers- Joan

Dear Tonulak

This may be late but I came across it while reviewing (as I've had some gaps in reviewing). This is a really beautifully-written poem with wonderful imagery in your rich word choice, and good allteration and metaphors. I enjoyed this and can just imagine listening to it read aloud, whilst viewing this very complimentary artwork. Lovely poetic reflection! Congratulations on winning the National Poetry Writing Month contest! :)

God bless, Christine

If I Could Write A Poem
Good use of the abab rhyme scheme. Good end rhyming. Good perfect rhyming with king/sing...book/look...say/day. Good description and alliteration. Good thought provoking message that hold my attention from start to finish.

If I Could Write A Poem
The form and structure of this poem impart a certain rhythm and grace to your verses! I particularly liked the way you told a story, and also gave us a glimpse of your poet's soul. The way that you encouraged us to keep reading was inspirational! Our lives are enriched by the poems and stories left for us by those who went before, and if we delve deep enough, we can experience their emotions and view of this complicated life.
Your dedication and efforts in poetic expression are an inspiration to all who read your works. You are a shining example of what a poet should be, "An interpreter, showing us the intrinsic beauty and meaning of life."
I eagerly await your future postings.

Thank you my generous friend. This is such an inspiring review. You make me want to write more and better. I will certainly try. I'm taking a class from mountainwrter49 on creating blank verse. That will perhaps require writing some. I look forward to seein a post from you soon.

I love daffodils. Your observation of daffodils blooming and dying too soon is a fitting metaphor for a lover's neglect. You truly have the heart of a poet! The poem is lovely; gently sharing its truth with the reader.

To Bloom Again
I like the sentiment expressed in "To Bloom Again." I've often had the same thought, but it never came to me in such a poetic way. The Kyrielle poem is new to me; I like the repeating line in each stanza. Strong rhymes and steady rhythm.

And How Was Your Day, Sir?
Well, it is a great, funny story (except for poor little Angel Fur), but I'm not sure how it falls into any poetry category. The four stars are for the story only.I'm puzzled about the poetry part. How did it get into a poetry contest!
