That's a very nice job of reporting Begin. Also, you did a good job of keeping your cool.I think you structured the piece simply and directly. The story of the little girl and father could be flash- (sorry) fiction. I'm glad everyone is safe. Peace, Lee

Yet again Carol, you created suspense here and there which finally broke down to the last works, Thank God we're alive. Excellent job, I was kept in thralled from beginning to end and can suggest nothing for improvment, excellent job, keep writing!! :)

This is a riviting story. I used to live in Illinois and I remember the tornados in the midwest. They are so dangerous. It is a blessing that no one was killed. Very scary storm.

Excellent non-fiction story of that Monday, Carol. Did it hop over your son's work and grandson? Very suspenseful read and you captured the fear and terror a tornado brings. I hope your husband and is doing better, my friend.

Hi Smiles for Miles. This was on the edge stuff and you told the story well. Gees, one minute the sun is shining and the next moment the black funnel shatters everything. We don't have any of those things here. Not that I've experience. Must be scary. Well written. luv jada

Yes,it was frightening and certainly took my mind off other things for a while. Thank you for the kindness and the stunning stars. Just posted another one...can you believe that...Nothing for weeks and then two non-fiction ones blast my computer...Thanks for all your sweetness...Smiles acrost the miles, Carol

Pleasure my treasure. You take care of you and "Honey". Incidentally, my mom was known by all as "Honey."

At most of my jobs, I was called Sunshine...Must be because of that happy face I plaster on each morning until I am once alone again, you think? Love ya, Jada..Take care...Carol

What an amazing story . You described verging very clearly
That I thought I was in the room with you as you spoke and watched the television. It goes to show you anything can happen with a blink of eye. I glad everyone is okay.

Is. How is your husband doing.

This must have been a really scary occurrence for you and your kids and grandkids and for all concerned. You're right, one black cloud can change things in the blink of an eye and do a lot of damage in the process.

I can't imagine how hard it would be to live in places where the tornados could rip through at any time. Thank goodness everyone ended up being all right. WEll done.
