Beautiful imagery, indeed! The ax represents the builder of a future. "Tough crocodile fingers" and "an ice cream cone" is youth and old age coming together to enjoy those moments in life. Wonderfully penned. Les

Perfect picture, and wonderful description of the hands, it is not how they look, or how they feel to touch, the beauty of the hands is in what they do, like hold your hand on the way to the ice cream store. Tough and delicately in the same sentence. Loved it.
