You think they'll have enough just once a week? I don't think they'll contain themselves...

You really burned their wagon with this one! The photo is a million worth! I should see the answer...but it wont be even close...

Thank you very much, my brother. I received a new one this morning, but I think I"ll wait till Friday. I appreciate it!

Oh, you rogue! I shouldn't laugh at you (as you rake all of us females over the coals) but can't help it. By the time I got to the last line, my grin became an outright laugh. Good one, as usual--tho my 'sisters' will probably get you back. And you deserve it. I would give you six, as I think this is very well done, but this has got to stop. My supply runneth low before the week ebbs. Lol.

That last line should have their eggs cracking when they drop them from the ceiling. Hahaha. "To him your only porn"!! LOOOVVEE ITT!! This should get some response. As always to read such things perfectly penned is hilarious in and of itself. Too much, mikey

Thanks so much again, Mikey. Feel free to come over to the winning side...rather than trying to ingratiate yourself with the hens who'd rather lay eggs than provide sloppy seconds. Wait...is that comment public? ;-) Boy, by Friday, they're going to be chomping at the bit to hit me with some serious verse, my brother.

I try to stay pure and innocent in these matters. I would never linger under the bannister to get a peek up a passing skirt. I await to comfort them with open arms.....What's that? Oh, thank you. Appears my fly was open. Hmmmm

reply by the author on 01-Feb-2014
Dude, I just laughed out loud, and I'm alone. That's either disturbing or a compliment to your comment. I'll go with the latter.

What a great poem. I like the whole falling victim of the skilled Romeo, to the realization of being used, then the bitching to the friend. Nice imagery. I cracked up at the picture choice. Greta imagery and the spirited understanding. Nicely done.

Hello...OK, the gunatlet is thrown. I can not do these elaborate styles, but maybe, just maybe, I will have to unearth 'Bobby Joe Louise', my alter ego with a stand up comedy mouth...
Any way, I liked this , iI laughed and I even thought about a few things.
I look forward to next friday....

Oh, yes, but they threw it this time. They're going to regret waking the rogue up. I'd love to see your Bobby Joe Louise character. Thank you.

The photo of a chicken is funny. Henhouse was called Hera, Zeus's wife and jealous. Your poem is so well written again. Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm, what they don't know won't hurt 'em right? Means to an end right? Hahahaha this was truly well written D and what a perceptive gent you are for picking us ALL to be the weak kneed gullible saps we are. Incredibly accurate I'm afraid...with that said, this DOES only cover 99.99% of us. What about the other .01% because in a world with a gajillion people that's gotta be at least 2500 women that are SO onto you.
They could ALL be here at FS...wouldn't that be freakin funny?
Still, I know of at least one. Haha

New game.
15-0

I'm gonna burn those balls by game 7 pal. LOL You are SO gonna need new ones.
Anyway really smashing write you pro, you. You got the gift of the gab and god knows what else. Haha
P

BTW I see I wore you out yesterday...so if you don't have time, inclination or energy for tennis today I more than understand...I kinda ground your balls to dust huh?

Oooh.

30-0

She's on fire folks.

Wow, those serves came so fast I didn't even see them. Love your review, my friend, though I wasn't on court because I had to run out of town. I do, however, love to see a woman who can play by herself for awhile before I come back to finish the job. 30-15. :)

Thank you, P. You always get me going...so to speak.

    D

reply by closetpoetjester on 01-Feb-2014
Oh I'm more than qualified to finish the job if I have to and to be honest I'm used to playing by myself. LOL

But then again, I enjoy my own company and find myself highly entertaining.

Anyway, you're too late. If my tennis partner stands me up, I'm inclined NOT to wait. I'm kinda impatient that way.

    30-30
    30-40

Oooh...looks like that's Game to me.

PS Glad I could get you going but you'll need to move quicker 'n that. LMAO

reply by the author on 01-Feb-2014
Most women want men to NOT go so quick...but maybe that's more in foreplay than tennis play.

reply by closetpoetjester on 01-Feb-2014
Indeed. I meant move quicker to get back to the ball play, silly.
Then you gotta slow up. LOL

I'm the same as any other hot blooded woman mate...

reply by the author on 01-Feb-2014
I thought you were in the .01%...;-)

reply by closetpoetjester on 01-Feb-2014
    Oh you know it.

    I'm all about percentages.

reply by the author on 01-Feb-2014
Yes, I like to play the odds when I play the bods, too.

reply by closetpoetjester on 01-Feb-2014
So you're an odd bod then? LMAO

Well I like even Stevens...I HATE odd numbers.
Every MEMBER has to put in his fair share, mate.

reply by the author on 01-Feb-2014
    No, I'm a god bod...

And I'm a doer, so this member will ALWAYS put in the time...and whatever else is necessary.

Interesting proposal. I am finding this tit for tat rather fun but can't help wonder even if i haven't been able to read all the downy retort if our fox is feeling a wee bit henpecked. I will make a point to drop in Friday's to witness the games.

As always your poems are fun to read aloud. They are quite fluid and roll off the tongue effortlessly. Sure wish I could something similar with regard to the meter and rhyme.

Such pleasure...

Please do drop by, my friend, and join in if you like. I'm indefatigable, after all, and some of them are looking a little pecked out whereas my back is strong. ;-) Thank you, DQ!

HAH! I KNEW we would get you to propose!

(smirk)

So, now that you've succumbed, I will think about it. What say ladies, should we give the rogue his wish?

(LOL - fabulous poem, David, and WHERE/HOW did you come up with that hilarious magazine cover?)

Six all the way - and you know I don't have any yet! :(

Thank you so much, Brooke. Glad to see that you know I was drawn back in. See? They can't stay away from the Rogue, even when he stays away from them. :)

reply by adewpearl on 01-Feb-2014
And I thought women were supposed to outgrow the whole bad boy attraction once they reached thirty or so. LOL It is great to see so many joining in the fun, a little community jocularity. :-)

reply by the author on 01-Feb-2014
I thought so, too, but maybe this is just a safer alternative for them to explore that attraction. ;-) Thanks, Brooke.
