Thanks for the pleasure of reading another of your outstanding poems, combined with the sounds of rain, pictures, and its presentation, that gives me the goosies. Great job. :-)

Wow, just wow. When I started reading this and you were asked to go for a ride, I was like sign me up. LOL. Yes, even Christians have their flaws but we all have our flaws. I've been having up and down moments over the past couple days and I know it's the devil. I think I need to get rained on. Great job

Dean, you once again provide a very chilling read with a great message of hope for our ultimate salvation from the 'fiend'. Great graphics to add to the allure of this very descriptive and engaging poem!

Very engrossing! (Great closing couplet!!!!)

I know this sounds condescending. . .but it made me remember the ghost of Christmas Future - as portrayed in Mr Magoo's Christmas Carol (which as a kid scared the bejesus out of me. . .and to this day I still consider it the epitome of evil), but I mean it as a compliment.

My one little niggle is with the use of nectarous (implying pleasant) in S21L3. . .followed by "I caught the scents of death & hate" it seems contradictory. Might I suggest corpulent (implying heavy/heady) might be better suited?

That one small thing aside. . .stellar writing :-)

What a fantastic presentation. The moving pictures, the story line, the dialogue. I enjoyed reading it out loud with two different voices. What a talent you have for perfect rhymes and a smooth flow. You get my six for the day.

As always, this was so very awesome. I love the different sound effects and pictures. The storm, the rain and the thunder. Great! Also, the poem is one that is freaky in its own way, but telling the truth at the same time. God will have His way! Thanks for sharing. Drew

Hello Dean
Now there is dream of how the evil king tempts you in a dream. (great rhyme and your pictures are amazing.

I know it's terrifying.
I've experienced dreams of the devil, all dressed in red. I woke up Stan with a blood curdling screams more than once
I finally did get therapy and got all the horrors from my past thrown in to the deepest abyss of hell,

Gert

Wow! What a dream that must have been. Your story poem reads smoothlywith its aabb rhyme scheme and the story line is engaging as we ride along with you and see, hear, and smell every detail. I am really happy that it has a happy ending, being washed by the rain. Reminds me of Carrie Underwood's new song about water. Super job, Dean, but I tried not to look at the pictures. Lol

Don't think, know that they need to change. Dean, you are the master of horror. I don't like this stuff at all, but it's like a car accident - you have to look. It all flows very well and I love the attention to detail that you put into these poems. Well done, Brent.

A combination of horror & humor( mainly the skeleton playing that bone instrumental), so that is quite a balance, is what I see with this too, ....We all must die one day, so we better watch how we live so our souls are not left in sin...Though this devil, to be somewhat funny pictured look like he is there to make sure his presence is always working for us to be, too, his next victim....So, I like the scary part of this poem , as for a lot of readers, hopefully it's a wake-up call..sorry, all out of sixes

Caressa
