    Thanks Debra.
Just been to Leicester city centre. Cathedral too full to get in so had a pot of tea in the cafe.

Yesterday went to Market Bosworth to see the coffin of King Richard III going through in a hearse.

Took a few photos to use on FS.

Done two romantic 'adult' stories on FS. Except they are not adult. I am just playing safe.

There seem to be some Mary Whitehouse types on FS.

Changing tack, this week is Holy Week so I must do some spiritual stuff for FS.

It's 5pm and there is a nice white and blue sky with a brilliant white setting sun.

    Mary's colours.

    No reds, pinks or purples.

You did a better job than "My son the folk singer" with this one. The only one I ever tried was
Exxon loves me this I know, for the TV tells me so.
Little ones to it belong. They are weak but Exxon's strong.
Yes Exxon loves me.
Yes Exxon loves me.
Yes Exxon loves me.
The TV tells me so.

    Thanks for your comment.

Great song. The song is a great format for satire.
Films would do a satire song on smoking,
were it not for the fact there maybe cigarette money in the film industry.

What gives it away is when the hero lights up a cigarette in a scene
where it looks unnecessary and out of place.

If I was an actor earning $10,000 a day, I would be spending my money
on some relaxing hobby after the filming is over.

I would not be clogging up my lungs with cigarette tar.

Well written faith poem. It depicts your strong belief in life eternal. I know you did not want any comments, but I liked what you wrote and had to say something. I do belief in the same things. Good luck in the contest.

    Thanks for your comments.

As this is the week before Easter, my thoughts are turning to the humility of Christ.

Today, in front of a crowd of people, I picked up a discarded paper tissue off the pavement.
The onlookers may have been surprised.

I find that litter picking is a great way to silently challenge pretentious people,
who awkwardly look away, and don't engage with me.

I like the parable about the pearl.
t's not about a man obsessed by a pearl,
and it's nothing to do with a pearl.

Although most people think it is.

That's why I like to write. You can split the readers into two groups.
    Some see it, some don't.
    Subtlety is key.

PS: In life, I'm often in the "don't" group, I admit.
