I enjoyed this immensely.
I found the process you detailed in your author notes really interesting - the train of thought and then the word play incorporation. A great structure, a fun way of writing with beautiful results.

Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted
I enjoyed your poem. It told a good story of a snowy morning. The words you were given fit in perfectly. If you had not mentioned them, no one would think this was an "exercise." Good job on the use of alliteration in several instances.

As for the "spacers" at the top of the text, I would use the asterisk *********
look at the word B*L*I*Z*Z*A*R*D with snowflake "spacers". Just an idea. Good job and thanks for sharing.
