Haha, I love this it's so fun to read and at the same time, it makes me cautious. :) Ah, yes, when two men are in love with the same girl that sure could be a mess. Oh, yes I forgot the title for a second and I was like "What?" :) Haha, great ending.

    Hi May 1,
Oh, I'd forgotten about this one. And I can see how it could be confusing is you didn't know the story behind 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. I am happy you enjoyed it.

The first thing that strikes me on reading this is the stunning presentation. Next, your fun words, well rhymed keep the rhythm of the sonnet going. Well done and enjoyable. Marilyn

    Hi Marilyn,

How delightful to find an unexpected review. Work has been super busy this month so I've only had 10 minutes here and there to login and do a review. It doesn't give me enough time to post and I'm sure I've missed a good many of your posts since I've had whole weeks were I haven't logged in at all.

Happy New Year and I hope 2016 brings you wonderful things. God bless.

Poet,

Well, I am not too well read when it comes to Shakespeare, but I do love your poem! Perfect rhymes and story telling. Excellent color and fonts as well
as Angelhearts art. It's really clever, smooth and a fantastic entry for the contest.

You've got my vote,
Linda

Thank you for the vote of confidence and the encouraging comments about the rhyming and story telling. I am glad you liked the color and fonts. Yes, Angelheart's art is hard to resist. I wish she would do a book. I'd buy it.

What a fun play Dream is and you hve captured some of the romantic feel in your presentation.

The Limericks do a good job of conveying some of the magic and confusion of the original and of course we couldn't omit Bottom with his donkey's head.

Good luck and thanks for entering.

Steve

This is a great presentation. Good job with the prompt. Your limericks read more like a story. Good job with the format. I like the art and color scheme.

I see no changes. Best wishes in the contest.

Very well done. I love the Limerick style and the way you have summarized the Bard's merry tale. You have mahaged to name the main characters, too. Excellent job!

This is a sound If Willy Wrote Limericks contest entry. It reads well with a story of fairies and their antics. It is nicely laid out with a fitting picture attached. I do like the colour font used. Well done on this interesting and imaginative piece and good luck in the competition.

nice entry into the if willie wrote limericks canon of verse. nice three stanza form with the requisite long-long-short-short-long limerick form. Still had the bawdiness that is expected from this form. Well done
