Good morning, Dean: This is a fun and interesting story. I Would have enjoyed reading this poem to my younger nieces and nephews so good job on this children's story. I enjoyed it for myself also. I thought something was wrong with my computer and started to beat the computer tower, then I realized that it was the bees buzzing as an additional treat that you added to your story. Thanks for the fun. It was UN- BEE-WEAVABLE !

Hahaha. You're not the first person those buzzing sounds have caused a bit of concern for, Tier. LOL.
Thanks very much for reading, I appreciate it.

I've tried out my story on a few of my younger nieces and nephews, smileycloud, and you're right; they loved it.
I used to write children's stories quite often in my younger days. I have a couple published in Readers Digest and Highlights Magazine, respectively. But it's been awhile.
Thank you very much for reading, and for the six stars.
    All are greatly appreciated.
    ~Dean :)

This bee-fore and after fable about a lady bee-coming a bee has a lot of bee words in it. I guess the moral is "If you bee-leave, all things are possible." Bee of good cheer, Dean. Nice job.

Yep, that's the moral I'd hoped would come across to the reader, Bill.
Others have interpreted it to mean "Bee careful what you wish for, you just might get it."
    Thanks for reading.

An amusing bee fable Dean and with a moral so all boxes ticked. Especially enjoyed the alliterative descriptions and the bee words. Wish I still believed in that moral. Enjoyed the read,
cheers

I never! I think it is quite a clever fable, Dean. I mean you are very able to submit a hilarious writ. The bumblebee with its sharp little stinger a hum-dinger of a submission. All the best and recognized is no surprise to me.

Thank you very much for taking the time to weigh in on this, Richard.
Despite the departure from my usual genre, I'm glad you found this enjoyable to read.
    Take care, and thanks again.

What a terrific fable! Once again a departure from your usual ghoulish tales that shows the expanse of your gifts! I loved the play on the word "bee", and the fact that the story was told by the dialogue of the characters. Thanks! Caroline.

It is a fascinating fable you have and a lovely presentation as always. I couldn't pretend to correct a bit of it. I would like to make a suggestion that instead of Miss
Buzzabout, 'Ms.' or even MZ would sound buzzyishly.
