Hi Diana. This looks like a good entry for the contest. Maybe that is why Pandas have so much trouble conceiving in zoos. I think this is true of humans as well. Good luck in the contest. Thank you for sharing

It's a challenge to find anything cuter than panda bears. Your 5-7-5, accompanied by the image is a treat. I didn't realize that panda bears had pouches. Good luck in the contest. Marilyn

Hey Marilyn... I swear... I told someone else here...You???? I had a hard fall fractured my thumb and sprained my ankle... I think it knocked me silly... I originally wrote this for kangaroos. I changed the animal but not the text so thanks so much for this. yours, diana

So true! Love the way you have used the panda picture in conjunction with this to add a touch of humour. How time flies! A good entry for the 5-7-5 contest, and I wish you all good luck with it.

Indeed--my son is forty-one! I thoroughly enjoyed the sentiment in this tiny poem and the reinforcing picture. Best wishes in the 5-7-5 contest. Big cheers- Joan

They sure don't stay little long whether it be wildlife or humans they grow up right before your eye. This is a cute picture for your poem. Good luck in the contest.

Aww such a sweet sentiment within this little poem, not only specific to pandas, such gorgeous creatures but also I imagine it can be applied to parents everywhere- probably not the carrying them in the pouch part haha- but they surely all wonder where the time has gone and reminiscence about days when their young were small enough to be carried. Good luck in the contest x

    Hey Sweet Hayley...
I'm a dummy... originally when I was writing it was going to be a family of kangaroos... Pandas won and text stayed the same my face is red. yours, diana

reply by Hayley Zemontas on 17-Aug-2018
Oh bless you, well don?t feel embarrassed because I didn?t twig haha, I just thought that pandas must have pouches as well I guess, didn?t even think about it so your writing was so good I didn?t even notice that little blip. No worries :) x

This is a great 575 contest entry. Your syllables are correct per line. Your message is clear. The picture is a great pairing with your words.

My concern is that the white font looks like neon on the gray background making it hard to read.

Good job & best wishes. Jan
