Jason, if thiis is you ... you may be a little worried!! As a woman, I'm going to stop you in your tracks right now and disabuse you of the notion that for some reason men think women don't like kissing. Well, we do! We LOVE that shit!!! Yup... hold my hand and give me little kisses all day long..... can't ever go wrong there! lol (sounds good, but I'd probably be kicking you away after the first few minutes because I had laundry to do... oh well... life gets in the way...) That's why we still like kissing... get's those endorphines going and it's quick and you can do it anywhere!!! LOL Love the hand-holding! Don't give up the kisses! lol

Hello Jason!
Love the sentiments expressed in your 5/7/5 poetic offering. And they are sentiments to which I can relate: married for nearly 40 years, and I still love to feel my husband's hand in mine. Thank you for sharing and best wishes!

This 5-7-5 romance poem, Ripened Affection, has the proper format and leads us to believe that love moves from germy face sucking to a quiet understanding in each other's touch. Nice.

Nice entry for the contest. Simple and endearing. I like your subtitle-- Mature love-- which should be a reflection of mutual trust and respect.

Certainly a lovely offering for the contest, Jason -- I would suggest, however, that you do not need the punctuation in such a short form...the line breaks take care of the 'pauses' for you. Also, you don't need the capitalization at the beginning of each line....I know the word processor tends to 'automatically' insert caps there, just manually change them. Some authors do keep the one at the beginning, however, once again, the short form really makes it unnecessary...:) :) All suggestions...feel free to employ or ignore. thank you for sharing! :)

So sweet Jason! Congratulations on twenty years! My husband and I just celebrated 43 years in December. We still love to kiss and hold hands. Hope that is okay!

A great 5-7-5 for the contest. All my best,
Sal
