I loved this! It was so clever and extremely entertaining, and just the right length too. Very nicely done, and I wish you much good luck in this challenging contest. I like very much what you've done here.

Hi Lyenochka,

This is quite a creative script and very well written.

I love the ending. Blame it on the pizza. LOL

Thanks so much for sharing.

Hi Lyenochka, I love Star Trek too, although, I haven't seen an episode in many years. Thanks again for a delightful read! Jan :-)

A very clever script Helen, how human, I'm so glad you found the loophole in the aliens not asking God's permission. An excellent pet in Sassy who's shape changed from an alien, who confesses to living among the humans for centuries, and "sort of" testifies on their behalf. Well done Helen, blessings, Roy

Lol. We would need more than ourselves to speak in our defense. But of course, only Christ can do it for us. Appreciate your wonderful review!
    Blessings to you, Roy!

Think I would have left Joe in the dream world. At least he was safer in there with Cara. LOL! I really enjoyed reading your delightful script. Especially meeting Alaglossa! LOL! We all know children and animals are smarter than us.

I liked the way your scene description engaged our senses of sight and sound. I admired your social commentary and fertile imagination. Who else would have thought of a shape-shifting cat! Best wishes in the contest- Joan

Very good. This is an excellent contest entry and should do very well. It definitely deserves to come in second. Who knows, by some twist of fate, you may actually even win. If you do I will demand a recount.

Got and get 'em,, Helen!
>I really enjoyed history entertained with this is a laugh while writing it's hard to contain hitting the right keys on the board.
> The convoluted logic among the transversed, agglomerated and convoluted transmissions made for some direct and indirect misinterpretations which made it quite humorous.
> The luck in the contest and take care and have a good one, Helen.
Alx
PS: Nice gesture for Teri's cat.

A very well-written script about saving the world and its people from the chaos it is in today, everytime we switch on the TV it seems there is another crisis we need to handle.

I've got to admit, I didn't see the cat-morph coming. I thought this was going to be an 'out of the mouths of babes' thing. I liked the fact that they picked a no-hoper first, and that his professors had no answer.

Nice bit of humour, there, as well. Enjoyable read, nice take on the premise, good luck in the contest

Thanks so much for stopping by and reviewing this piece. It's just for fun and I do enjoy sci-fi so it was a little satire on all the deus-ex-machina plots that sci fi uses. Appreciate your kind comments. Blessings!

Just wonderful, Helen -- absolutely loved the aliens!! Especially fond of the icky Xirku...don't know why, but he's great! :) ;) Joe's exactly what we love to see in the 'sophomoric' mold of college student!! :) :) This is so very entertaining, it should do well -- thank you so much for sharing! :) ;) Yvette
