This is delightful to read. I've been missing your work. I thought I had fanned you, but apparently not. I rectify that now.

On to the second part.

Sorry to take so long in getting over to review this absolute brilliance. Ken Harris will be famous as he travels through Shakespeare and who knows which other author's on the stage of life.

Superb lines and great humour and how quickly Ken subsumed into the lingo is most enjoyable.

Top of the line here:)

Thanks so much, Gloria. Episode 2 is in the works, but I'm not happy with it yet, so it might be a while.

Hi Mark! What an absolutely fun idea! A time-traveling man who runs around trying to right the wrongs in the books he reads. This is going to be totally unique. At least it will only have repercussions in the literary world! LOL

Thanks so much, Susan. I'm trying to work on Episode 2 (Gone With The Wind), but I'm not liking the writing coming out of my tired brain, so I might have to let it sit a bit.

I have read a lot of Shakespeare and I like your fictional time traveler and how he melds into the story of Macbeth. Very original and creative. A lot of fun to read and contemplate.

-Thou dost speaketh so well with
this dialogue, Sir Mark.
-With humor, wit, and words from the Bard.
-Saith I, forthwith, that I will
continue to read these clever scenes.
-Now, I shall speak in prose so
that thou dost understandeth better.
-You did a great job with
the premise and characters.
-You have a gift for incorporating
the actual material in with your own.
-I wonder what Ken will conquer next?!

Hi Mark. I love the entire post but especially this line stood out for me:

"KEN HARRIS: I've seen the play. Things don't end well."

You are a very clever fellow, Sir Markster. LOL Great satirical stuff my friend. I hope you will continue to do these. : ) Bob

Markie,

What are you smoking? And at work, no less...

When you get fired, and have more time on your hands, I just want you to know that you can't live with me when you lose the house in Chi-Town. But you can come and visit for SHORT STAYS.

Loved it, though - and I would be willing to read a series.

One q:
--> MACBETH: And (T)hane of Cawdor too: went it not so?

Thanks!!!!!!!

I just take long coffee breaks (and sometimes I'll even write at home).
At any rate, thanks for taking the time to read this - these longer pieces don't get many reviews (I don't blame folks - I wouldn't read it either) so I'm extra appreciative of the effort.

Boy, what a challenge! And what a fun one.
You did this one brilliantly. It's amusing and I'm impressed how easily you converse in Shakespereanese!'
I'm familiar with the strutting and fretting his hour upon the stage quote - life is but a stage and all the men and women, merely players - something like that.
Anyway, this was enjoyable. Interested to see what you choose next.

This work in progress draft script is fantastic, neatly and realistically and dramatically projected through lively and reasoned dialogues with good directional movement; well said, well done. Liked and enjoyed the read. Write to Inspire, Change.
