I just love when women who are cat-called get the last word!! Thank you for this laugh out loud flash. It is difficult to get a story across in 75 words, but you did it masterfully. I loved it. Thank you for sharing. Blessings, MB.

Hahaha -- way to go, Lois. I love to read about women who won't be bullied. Your protagonist gave the kind of response Jimmy wouldn't be expecting. Excellent story. Best of luck in the booth.

This is a good flash fiction story, Bill. Lois gave the wise-cracker guy a good put down. Clearly written. I wish you the best of luck in the contest. Marilyn

This is a really good one. It's hard to tell a complete story in just seventy five words, but I think you've done a good job of accomplishing just that. (and I had to write more words than that to do this review!)

This is a worthy entry for the 75 word flash fiction contest, and has a nice twist at the end. I guess those with such names come in for quite a bit of teasing. Good luck in the contest.

When he finally gets what she old him, he will no doubt get angry. Idiots like that are always late to recognize that they have been thoroughly dissed by someone with superior intellect.

Good for Lois to keeping the sense of humor going! :) A fun offering for this one, Sir Bill ... to bad we don't get to see funny Jimmy's reaction! ;) LOL! ;) Thanx for sharing and good luck! ;) Yvette

I love how she turned it around, made him look like a fool, lol. I'm sure that wasn't what he was expecting at all, lol. It's well-written, interesting, realistic. Good luck with your contest.

This meets the contest requirements splendidly as you deliver a complete and engaging story in exactly 75 words. The content is simple, but witty in its banter and word play. Good luck in the judging and thank you very much for sharing it.

Is Jimmy the photographer who worked with Clark Kent? Maybe they aren't so fictional after all but I doubt any of them would want a menage a trois, unless I missed an episode.

There are likely more people named Jimmy than the fictional Mr. Olsen. Lois Lane, in this micro-story, is just a regular person. Had her name been Betsy Ross, Jimmy might have asked about her flagging popularity. :)
