Year's End
An amusing end of year poem and I think you've covered about all the resolutions people think they will start of the New Year with. Me, I don't like to break promises, so I don't bother with resolutions LOL
cheers, Barb,
valda

Wow, Where Did It Go?
Loved this one Barb, it certainly was a subject many of us can relate too, and it gave me a chuckle. Loved the final question
Do all those streetlight have to shine
like spotlights shining down on me?
well done,
cheers,
valda

Year's End
This is a witty poem about all the New Year's resolutions some of us make and then break during the year. I finally came up with one I can't break. That is not to make resolutions because they only cause dissapointment most of the time.
Happy New Year
Keep writing
Joan

Thank you for sharing your thoughts through your poem. And, you are right in that we make many resolutions but the real question is how many do we actually keep? Very nicely done.

A good rhyming poem about the resolutions we all make this time of year.
Mine is not to make any so I won't fail, lol. I wish you and yours a healthy and blessed New Year. Laura

Lol. We all want to change for the better. Enjoyed your fun rhymes and I don't think you need to do most of those things! Thankful for you!

Haha, Barb. I believe your list of resolutions may be called living each day. I enjoyed your poem. It was fun to read. Good job with the scattered rhymes and smooth flow. Your lines read at a quick pace. Thanks for sharing. Respectfully with Love, Jan

A very well-written poem about the end of the year contemplating about the list of resolutions we will make for the next year although there was not enough time the passing year we will commit to change the New Year.

Ha, a most entertaining poem, Barb. I must admit to never making resolutions on the New Year, but I certainly do at other times.

All the best to you in 2020 and many than ks for sharing. :)

Gloria
