The daisies in the picture look wide-eyed. The green and yellow combination is attractive and works well with your subject. How sweet! It sounds like someone has just asked them to dance. Interesting commentary, and flows smoothly. judi

I can just imagine them saying: "I am so glad that you picked me, I can't believe that you did." and you in your best Doc Holiday voice saying: "you're a Daisy if you do." Sorry, I'm a big fan of the movie Tombstone and I can't resist repeating lines from the movie, especially line uttered by the Doc Holiday character.

I think daisies are quite lovely. They are simple flowers, yet they are bright and cheerful, warms a person's heart. Your poem is well-written, describes your picture nicely.

Hi Bill, those daisies look amazing... they have an ethereal glow to them. I'm not too sure I could pick them myself. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind having them around, so I may dig them up and move them into my yard. They multiply like rabbits! LOL

I?d pick them unless they batted their eyes at me. If that happened I?d move away.

Bill, This is a very nice and well worded 5-7-5 poem you have penned about the two daisies. You used very good descriptive words and very lovely imagery from the art work you chose. Thanks for sharing. Blessings, Teri

Imagine their surprise when they were plucked out of the company of their friends in the field. You chose a very nice picture to accompany your poem. Very nice job.

This is a six, Bill, if I had one. Great job with this post. Maybe should have held this one back for a contest--a sure winner. Theme, image, and combination of words all work well together. Marilyn

That's one of the cool things about poetry...we get to paint ,with words, what creations of God might be feeling. Our interpretation of poems encourages further imagination too. At least it does for me!

-Your poems keep
popping up, Bill.
-I am enjoying them.
-The syllable count is good,
and the use of one
continuous thought is effective.
-The description of the
daisies is good, as well
as the concluding line.
