Hi Barbara, I'm so glad to be back to the reading again. I'll be doing it by author... sort of. When I get to your chapter, I'm going for all of them at once. I know I've been away for a bit. I do love this book. In a perfect world, you could post a whole chapter at once. ;)
On a separate thought... I didn't have the pleasure of reading the book you are trying to name, but your husband is right about that title. It sounds a bit like something you found in a massage parlor for Orthodox Jews. (Could there be such a thing?) Of course, if that's what your book revolves around, then it's perfect! ;)

Hi, Barbara

Always a good chapter when dogs are included LoL. I like the way McKenzie shows her human side by expressing a hint of insecurity regarding another woman and Logan. In my opinion, it rounds out the character a bit more.

Well done!

Bev

I agree. How can we relate to a character if there's not real emotions? Thank you for the kind review.

Now I don't know what this previous book is about, but it seems to me that a book's title should impart something of its content, Love's Kosher Quandary doesn't give any clue about the book,Unless there is a vague clue by using the word:"Kosher". I would suggest using a different title. Try using the location of the story like London Quest or Manchester Mayhem.
I need to read the story before I comment, but the suggested title would put me off reading anything with a title like that. TRuly ruly. cheers Cass

Hello Barbara, a wonderful Wednesday to you, I hope this finds you well. Another chapter in the books, you gotta stop playing with my emotions, every time they are about to have a moment, it's interrupted. I have never experienced so much "sexual tension" in a story before. lol Good job and have a great day!

Barbara,

HUZZAH! Congrats on the new book! Did you pub it yourself or was it traditionally published? I'm excited either way, just curious - I'm trying to decide what to do with my Sunbonnet novella.

This was a great chapter - I really enjoyed the interaction. One note:
--> He offered his hand to help her up. "Can't sleep?"
--> up from where?

Thanks!

She was sitting on the stairs. I will make it clearer. Thank you for the kind review. I went through Amazon. I've gotten tired of attempted a traditional publishing company. I had one for the Savanna book and they kept wanting to me change things and I did, then after about a year they decided it was controversial. I don't write controversial work. I just gave up.

-I haven't had a chance to follow
your stories, Barbara, but since this
was a new part, I wanted to read it.
-I love the picture.
-The story flows very well with the dialogue
between the couple, and we see
a bit of their routine, interests, and feelings.
-You get across the idea that they
seem to still be learning about one another.
-Logan is very caring and concerned about
her not sleeping, and gets her to relax.
-He also seems to like her dogs!
-The last section about Delilah was very good, too.
-I was looking at the list of characters
and references, and noticed for Yadi, you
have his name begin with a T.
-I enjoyed reading this and learning
a little about your writing, too.

That was a really nice part, Barbara. There is romance building between them, which is obvious when Mac is questioning Logan about whether he finds Delilah attractive. She wouldn't let it drop either, when he told her he thought Mac was prettier. Lol. Well done, my friend, I enjoyed this part, and I loooooove the picture! :)) Sandra xxx

Your title. No, I'm with your husband on that one, but I don't think you should mention religion at all. How about just having, 'Shana's Quandary' (I'm not sure if Quandry is a spelling mistake, or the way it's spelt in the US)

Congratulations on the publication of 'Under Siege on the Rockin' A'. A fine achievement!
As for the title of your new book, I'd probably go for a one or two-word title, rather than three words.
Snappy dialogue in this chapter but not much plot progression, except on the romantic front! She sure put the poor guy on the spot, didn't she? LOL
