Such a beautifully descriptive poem! Lovely way to tell the story of Spring springing forth and all the wonderful feelings it evokes. Rain here for a while, but better days are coming! xoxoxoxoxo

Thank you dear Diana, for such thoughtful and appreciative
comments and reflections, sincerely appreciated. And blessings
for the extra star too dear.
Delay due to Sis in Ca. critical illness, and keeping in closer
contact and conference with her and her Doctors and medical
treatments. She is doing ok, just will take longer time to keep
    getting better.
Hope you and all yours are doing well. God bless you!
    Love, blessings, Ronni

Thank you for reminding us in this spiritual poem of the gifts that each day brings. I especially admired your "ballet dancers" simile. Here's to the wonders of spring! Cheers- Joan

So gently lovely Miss Ronni.
I enjoy and give thanks for every bloom,
every bird.
First our crocus's, followed by daffodils, hyacinth,
tulips, lilacs.
Now our Iris are budding, along with the peonies, azaleas
are everywhere.
Last will be the tiger lilies in July/August.
Usually I plant lots of flowers to bloom all summer.
This will be the first summer in 21 years I don't.
It always gets my allergies going, and before...no
problem, just run to my clinic.
But now they will not see anyone with allergy/sinus
issues...just in case...and I DON'T want to wind up at the hospital...we have 36 cases here.
Your poem is such a welcome gift...reminding us of all the beauty of spring.
Take care,
blessings...

    Hi dear Irish Rain,
My oh my, you certainly have had a blooming revelry with such
a lovely range of gorgeous flowers you've appreciated and enjoyed
over the years, except this one, sadly due to sinus/allergy flare ups.
Sorry to hear that. Never had any issues with that myself, but I
know several people who are miserable with them through spring
    and summer especially.
Thanks for appreciating this presentation dear, and your thoughtful
comments and compliments, always graciously generous.
BTW: Since you can't get seen at your local clinic due to current
national virus stalemates, you can get very good info and advice
on Web.Md.com right on your computer how to treat allergies at
home & other good info relating to it. Also a call to your local
Health Dept. can get suggestions how to deal with the particular
allergies in your state and area you live in.
Hope you can stay well and take care dear.
    Love, blessings always!
    Ronni

Thank you Miss Ronni...just informed yesterday the clinic is open again...BUT...I'm still staying in, because is it safe to go there? Who knows...I'm not taking chances...I'll just work my jigsaws, ha ha...loved your poem!

We will always have a penchant for seeing only that beauty which is in front of us, and must through discipline and age learn to look beyond and see the hand from which it is all manifest... Amazing how those 'sighs' of a grateful heart seem to come more frequently as we grow older - is it because time is shorter or is it because we have more time to contemplate the reason for the sigh...? This is such a wonderful offering of the heart and of the mind, my lady... simple recognition we should strive for! ;)
Have a wonderful week out there! ;) Yvette

    Hi dear Yvette,
Your thoughts and comments on this one, are right on dear 100%!
We do indeed become more introspective as we grow older, and
for both reasons so astutely noted: Our time is indeed shorter,
and more we realize that, the more contemplative sighs are
summoned within. And all the more aware of the Divine Source
that controls time and our earthly gratitude and destiny.
So pleased you appreciated this and shared so keenly with
your own added insights and reflections, always an added high
for me. Hope you are finding time for a little R&R in between
your busy schedule dear, even little mini R&R are beneficial.
So take care of you dear Dixie Belle....
    Love, Ronni (;) (:)

Your vividly descriptive, thought-provoking poem conveys a powerful message about how we eagerly anticipate spring--then fail to enjoy its beauties as much as we should! Great blend of literal and figurative language! "Where of where" ??

This is a really well penned poem. I enjoyed reading it tremendously. I read it several times over. It made me feel good and at the same time it made me feel guilty, like I wasn't appreciating God's gifts as much as I should be. Way to keep me in check. Respectfully, -January L.

Divine poetry, dear Ronni. It is true, Sprimg is a healer. How I have enjoyed this day. I was able to see so many beautiful things and flowering bushes and trees. The smells are godly perfume. I have been sick and already feel better. Your poem is praiseworthy and points me to the maker, our God who gives us these wonderful raptures.
Sending you my best today as always and six stars,
Sally xoxo

This is a beautiful poem, I like the way it's asking questions throughout, with the repetition of ' Have you ever?, making it thought provoking. Lovely description, and a sprinkling of alliteration. Well Done.
