Yes, it is all about perspective and attitude and making an effort to smile and see the beauty and good of each day. A heart-lifting poem and one that is like "an apple a day" helps keep the doctor away as it will improve our health.
Let a smile be your umbrella- a good old saying and you've used uthat thought well in your poem jaybird. Especially on the bad days its a good thing to remind us to try for a smile on our dial. Enjoyed, cheers
Hello Jay Bird
What a great fun rhyming poem for us to read and enjoy
smiling, of how to rid a frown to a smile. Yes I agree that it's good for mind and for your soul-
Doctors agree, make it your goal.
I consider myself a sort of Pollyanna. I always look on the bright side of things. I think that we should always wear a smile and show people that smiles are contagious. They say that laughter is the best medicine. I believe that's true too. I like your poem very much. I think it's quite accurate. Much love! -January L. :)
I have found that smiles are usually contagious, whether you are standing in a long grocery store line or on a crowded bus, if you smile, most people will smile back. And, it even seems to relax your own face!
I choose to smile. It is a great reminder to smile. It's simple and it's free. Great job on this. In the world right now, with all the bad, sad and depressing news, your poem was like a beacon. Have a great week. Gretchen
