Hi Ronni, sorry I have not been by yourside as it has been a busy few days and now today I have found time to catch up.
A very deep and powerful reflection of days and missed moments in time that are not appreciated or seen by others, I guess most days are good and the lesser days are bad,but everybody has their own balance. For me it is take one day at a time and enjoy. When something stops you from doing that then fight back and never get sad. Anyway a lovely piece of writing. Kind regards Colin X

"if we learn to reflect at the end of each day," I take time to end my days in thought. "Immeasurable's" title definitely painted a very good picture for the expectation of what's to come. "brighter star that hovers near" gives me reason of hope, no matter the past. I guess sometimes we must ride out the storms in order to enjoy the colors of the rainbow. Best regards.

by which we can move on and beyond most of our struggles,
and seems you too are already doing that too, which is great

The structure, akin to stream of consciousness/enjambment suits the theme superbly here as the poet reflects on life and its many phases and stages and how we should move along leaving the past behind while discovering new phases of our being

Hello stranger. LOL I have missed you and your writing. I absolutely love this poem. As usual your heart is in it. I can not only hear it, but feel it as well. Lines like this tear at my heart:

"When days are filled with sunshine bright and warm
gladly hold them close and ever dear, like a child
hugs their favorite teddy bear with joyful glee....."

Wow! Good for you, my dear friend. I cannot seem to find enough time to review and work on my fifth novel at the same time. I have seven chapters posted of the new book, but it will still take me until this time next year to complete it.

Stranger? How can that be, LOL? You 'read' me so well dear friend,
as affirmed by your opening comments, and always sincerely
appreciated! No not 'strangers' just that we have not been able
to review each other's work as we were able to for some time.
You, have gone on to be a published author of several books
now and that certainly took priority time for you, and understood
and all the more proud and admiring of you achievement, dedication and success! I've had a busy college teaching schedule
that limited my time on here considerably for my writings too.
And we both still keep running out of time still...LOL. (sigh (:,:)
Congrats on your 5th Novel project....I know you will persevere!
I'm pleased you loved this poem, and that particular part noted.
Such a wonderful surprise whenever you are able to peek in
dear friend. Even if too long in between, all the more appreciated.
