Life saving information here, Mike! I have a notebook full of startling information you have shared... And, of course, I knew of your wife's untimely passing...due in large part to the censoring of vital health ramifications by the corporate machine...

Did not have a Sox to Gove and was waiting to review until I was replenished...

But AnnaLinda told me one more review would place this into "All Time Best" status...and I wanted to be the one to do that.

My own myriad health issues have abated due to the selfless efforts to research and recommend healthy options rather than toxic pharmaceuticals...

I can never fully express how much I appreciate you.

I am going to bookcase this for easy reference.

You prove every day why God saved you from certain death!

Honored to call you my friend, Mike...

K

Bless you, K. I am so happy that my efforts are helping you and others.

Someone must push back against the harm coming from places supposedly making our lives better, so I would be remiss if I failed to use my skills to make otherwise hidden information available to my "family" here at FanStory.

I gladly accept your "Virtual Six" for the heartfelt reason you gave.

What matters far more to me is that you are benefiting from this post.

By leading me here, God gave me both good people to help and resultant friendships (such as yours) I otherwise would never have found. He knew in advance that I would be more than content to trade nearly all I had for the healthy life of continual giving I'm committed to now, for as long as it lasts. Every new smile I evoke in a friend or stranger inspires me to do more.

Thank you, dear K; and I feel honored in return. :)) -- Mike

I was very tired when I reviewed this...I am SO sorry for my typos! I should never try to type reviews on my little 7" Kindle! Glad you got the gist of my comments in spite of my poor spelling.... Karenina

reply by the author on 27-May-2021
When I save correspondence chains for reviews, etc., I correct all incoming messages for grammar, punctuation, spelling (usually typos), and word usage to keep the writer from looking bad if anyone else ever reads it. In this case, I noticed you twice typed "o" where you meant "i" (one key over), so knew those were just typos. Accordingly, you need not feel embarrassed.

I'm actually a poor typist; so I proofread everything I write before sending, and usually catch typos of my own. Occasionally, I miss one, much to my chagrin as a supposed expert. Fortunately, I can laugh at myself rather than run outside in hope of being eaten by a land shark.... :)) -- Mike

:)) Thanks my friend. I was tired but not sleepy (a common state for me)--normally I get up and go downstairs to my laptop. WHEN I opt out and try to review on my little Kindle, inevitably my fingers slide one over, or one up, or one down... Makes for interesting words, and a bit of a challenge for the intended receiver. My great blessing is it went to YOU! (Always gracious in every way...)

I have been working with computers since 1963, the days of room-sized main frames with punch card or teletype input. I even programmed a card sorter with a plug board in 1966. From 1973 through 1992, I worked for Xerox, which in about 1975 invented the personal workstation computer called an Alto, as it was created in their Palo Alto location
    near San Francisco.

I got a second-generation Alto in 1978, and it eventually became the last one to be retired in 1992. It had removable 2.5 megabyte hard drive platters in rugged ABS plastic cases -- one built in, and up to three more in individual casings addable. (Mine had one extra drive). The casing was made of aircraft aluminum, was as large as the space under a desk that had drawers on both sides, and weighed more than I did. The tall black-and-white monitor could display a full 8.5-inch by 11-inch page without scrolling. It had a superb word-processor program, software I could use for font design (which I did), and even email over our internal hard-wired Ethernet.

I worked as a research scientist; and, like me, all my colleagues had doctorates. Now, here's the point -- nearly every email I received contained SPAG, proving that no senders proofread an outbound message. Thus, I am well used to seeing that. Even he best writers here send messages containing SPAG. Your couple of typos did not stand out. :))

Mike,

Thank you for your commitment to help others. This is a very well written and well presented write. Your title is perfect. You did a great job of presenting the important information along with your personal testimony. I'm sorry for the loss of your wife at a relatively young age. Her struggles with weight are common.

That video is loaded with important information. Just finished listening to it.

Thank you so much,

AnnaLinda

You are most welcome, Anna. Because vital information of this kind is hard to find or even censored at the behest of entities who will lose profits if the truth is widely known, I post it here as part of my commitment to help others in any way I can.

I appreciate that you chose to review it as well as read it. Some readers even have told me that it prompted them to make significant changes in what they buy and consume, both at home and when dining out. I hope it helps you too.

Thanks, also, for the much appreciated sixth star. -- Mike

You are welcome, Mike. I didn't know about the ant origins of aspartame. I knew it was bad along with margerine I did not know soybean oil was so bad. I knew soybeans should be organic. We bought a few bottles of organic salad dressing from Aldi...put it on a cucumber and could tell it was not good for me. So many products have soy. I'm getting really sensitive to anything I eat.

We have a gravity fed water filter. Big Berkeys were sold out at the time so we purchased an Auqua Rain filter. They say it takes out fluoride? I tried buying a Berkey shower filter...They were out. We get flouride through showers as well. Have you heard Mike Adams talking about how farmers use biosludge as fertilizer?
In Florida we do liquify some corpses. Then they place it in the sewage "clean it" and sell it as fertilizer. 20 states do that. Very sick and disturbing stuff.

You keep up the good work. God's people perish for lack of knowledge...
Especially concerning the Word of God and end times tactics of Satan.

    Blessings

The best salad dressing is genuine fresh extra virgin olive oil, which I get from the Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club. The founder travels the world to find the best olives ready for harvest in each season. He has the portion he is buying bottled right after cold pressing, then immediately flown to his U.S. headquarters. Customer orders go by air directly, so no fresher extra virgin olive oil is available here. All other olive oil travels by ship, which takes months, to warehouses, then takes more months to reach store shelves, where it sits until sold. Unopened olive oil starts to degrade at six months, and has lost its nutritional value by a year from bottling; so transit by air makes a huge difference. You can try a bottle from FPOOC for only a dollar, here:
    https://www.FreshPressedOliveOil.com
or call 1-888-963-4582 (Their customer service is superb.)

Berkey does make good water filters. You can look at Mercola.com for effective water filers too.

I am familiar with Mike Adams, but not on that particular subject.

Thank you. End times or not, there are steps any open-minded person can take to assure better health and the joys then possible. I shall continue to make useful information available, as the corrupt "news" media certainly won't.

    Blessings back. :)) -- Mike

We live in a world of seemingly perfection

Wheat crops have been genetically enhance making out bread, cereals food hazards

I tried Coca Cola once and when it made me burp it went straight up my nose .. so I don't touch soda drinks

Those energetic drinks for summer taste like soming artificial , metallic ..so they are off my list too.

I don't have a sweet tooth so cakes , biscuits, snack bars like Mars etc don't tempt me ..potato chips idem yack.

But as most Italians I love bread , pasta ( only twice a week) and rice ( idem twice a week)

Bread is made from seed ... wheat crops .. so is not good cause genetically modified ( sigh)

I knew about omega 3 .. I love canned tuna fish and fresh salmon which are both good.

On the contrary I never heard of
OMEGA 6 .. and I am astonished the negative impact it has on out health via processed foods.

The video you provided was eye opening .. I can see how our intake of omega 6 can easily reach unhealthy , alarming levels

Luckily without knowing many processed foods I already didn't eat because I found them not appealing.

When I cook my meat ( twice a week) I use a knob of butter and some olive oil (Sasso or Bartolini)

My salad is prepared with vinegar and olive oil and a pinch of salt .

Water : I buy mineral ... despite I live in the mountains ..

there is spring water running in a village near me .. people have been stopping to bottle it for free for donkey‚??s years .. it gets analysed 2/3 times a year

I have a pump that gives me well water .. it's so clear ... my pets love it and my green handkerchief patch thrives on it ..

Seeing I am on my own , I could invest in buying bio products ... thank you for posting this life saving-data!

I am sorry your wife died so young due to these toxic foods .. I am shocked to hear the truth about diet sweeteners ..

We are led to believe our advanced society is something to be proud of instead our food and air are killing us.

Thank you for your detailed review of this post and the shiny sixth star.

I much appreciate how you related it to your own food intake, which proves to me that you are wise enough to use the information as intended -- to improve your health and live longer accordingly.

From all you said, it is evident that you have already made many good choices, so this information will help you further.

The last bread I ate some years ago was made from multiple sprouted grains, rather than flour. Sprouts are at peak nutrition, far more than mature seeds before sprouting. It came pre-sliced but frozen, intended to be kept in the freezer. Then a butter knife could be used gently to separate the needed slices. Those could be thawed either slowly or by toasting. It was robustly hearty and tasted great. I stopped only because one ingredient was sprouted soy, which, being estrogenic, is not good for older men.

You are right to avoid most "bar snacks"; but there is one kind that actually is beneficial. I don't know whether it is available where you are. It is a flat bar grooved to facilitate breaking into ten squares, and I eat just one square per day. It is dark chocolate -- 85 or 90 percent pure organic cacao, sustainably grown in South America and fair traded so as to support the native farmers involved. The brand is "alter eco" and comes with or without mint. I get the plain kind in either of two varieties -- "Deep Dark Blackout" (85% cacao with only 4 grams of sugar per "serving" of four squares -- only 1 gram per square) or "Super Blackout" (90% cacao with only 3 grams of sugar per "serving" of five squares -- so only 0.6 gram per square). The only ingredients are raw cacao, cocoa butter, coconut butter, and real vanilla. Eating a square is a far more effective, and far less dangerous, mood booster than ANY drug. Neither square tastes sweet like milk chocolate bars (which I abandoned years ago). Once you acquire the taste, the sweeter stuff is too much.

The rest of what you are doing sounds sensible to me. I'm sure that the pasta you are eating is superior to what comes packaged here.

Regarding rice, if you get it natural -- not white with the outer husk polished off -- it still has its natural B vitamins. If you steam it or cook it in water into which you'll then add vegetables to yield a slightly soggy combination, the vitamins and minerals which leach into the water won't be lost. Just add seasoning to suit your taste. I use a dark rice called Black Japonica, which has more protein than other rices.

I also use Quinoa (KEEN-wah), a South American, highly nutritious, organically grown grain containing NO gluten. It comes in red, white, or black. I prefer the red for maximum nutrition. It cooks in water in only fifteen minutes. Then add vegetables and seasoning.

Thank you for your condolences. We did not know then the cancer risk of all the Aspartame she was consuming. It took me a decade to find the truth.

Big Pharma, Big Agriculture, and Big Med have joined forces to make money by sickening us. Avoid them all, and you'll thrive and be happier.

I read and watch more and more people who are now agreeing with Dr. Knobbe's assessments. After all these years of people being used as test subjects with the data only used for profit. Thanks for sharing. I wish I had a six.

Thank you, Liz, for your comments on this post. I'm glad you find it useful. The 45-minute video moves briskly along despite about sixty charts and pictures used to make the case clearly. I have lived in the recommended way all my life, and am pleased to see confirmation so well presented. Some other reviewers have already told me that this post has prompted them to change their food choices.

If you have the time, you might find that reading the prior reviews and the resultant (sometimes lengthy) conversations reveal additional useful information, as there are more factors to consider for a fully healthy life. Please feel free to ask whatever questions come to mind. -- Mike

Mike, I truly appreciate all the research you put into this post. While I have always been careful about what I feed my family, I do believe much has to do with our DNA as well. A friend who does cancer research told me that we are born with potential cancers at different "checkpoints." What we eat and how we live can help control their progress. My son ate healthy and never drank soft drinks. He died of brain cancer at 39, while all the kids in the neighborhood who always had a Coke in one hand and Twinkie in the other, whose mothers chided me for being a health food freak, well, let's say they are probably snickering about me now. (One was a pharmacist who told me all this health food talk is BS.) In all, I do agree with you. And I will watch the video next week while my husband is with his brothers on their annual fishing trip to their homeland in Wisconsin. I hope all the fish they catch are "fatty." ; ) So glad to see you back!

Thank you, Susan, for your comments on this post in relation to your family. I'm sorry your son succumbed to cancer despite his healthy diet. Technology has introduced other factors, such as electromagnetic frequencies that our bodies cannot compensate for, into our lives. If your son heavily used a cell phone, it may have been a factor. Whatever the cause, it must have been devastating for you and your husband.

5G is being touted as great for communication between vehicles on the road to avert accidents, while Google is helping China spy on ALL its citizens because 5G has sufficient speed and bandwidth for so much data. 5G is already being implemented here without revelation to the populace that such frequencies actually are deadly to ALL life -- human, animal, insect, and plant. Once it is fully deployed, there will be no way to escape it other than living in a Faraday cage. Google is already manufacturing 5G cell phones.

Regarding the video, you may want to pause it at intervals to study the many charts it displays, as some are up relatively briefly. The key point is that caloric intake and overall dietary composition of saturated fats, proteins, and carbs matter little versus extent of PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids) from seed oils consumed.

Of course, that is a major factor but not the entire picture. Vitamins, minerals, and herbs matter too. The video's message is that, while the other factors are important, their benefits can be undone by consuming seed oils and/or margarine (a molecule resembling plastic) and Crisco (originally invented as a lubricant for machinery).

I'm still very busy, but I had to stop to post this video once I found it.

    Stay well. -- Mike

That was really interesting, Walkerman. I have been using most of what is on the 'not to eat' list, I was surprised to see sunflower oil on that list. And the spreads, I've been using them for years. No wonder I struggle with my weight. Your article is so helpful, I'm going to print it out and put it in my kitchen to keep me on track. We have been given so much bad advice over the years, it's nice to have, at last, some good advice. Well done. :)) Sandra xx

Thank you, Sandra, for your kind comments on this post. I am so glad it may help you. You are right that misinformation about health has been too prevalent for many decades.

Even as a child, I was stricter on what I did and did not eat and drink than my own sensible parents, and it has paid off well into my seventies; but it is never too late to start eating more wisely.

Excess weight is only a symptom. What really matters is what is going on within, and avoiding toxic input is the best path to better health and resultant longer active life.

If you have time to read the other reviews of this post, you will see how I answered questions that arose in other readers' minds.

I'm tempted to post a list of my sources for what I eat and take as supplements to stay alert, active, and slim; but I don't want to be accused of posting advertising. Accordingly, I just answer specific questions. Feel free to ask in a PM, if you have any.

I am pleased that this post is serving its purpose of helping others.

Thank you, Suzanna, for your supportive comments on the value of the information in this post. My own good health at this stage of my life is based on a lifetime of living the advice given in the video,
and I do pass it on at every opportunity.

As a child, I stopped going to parties because I tired of being harassed for not wanting to eat or drink anything offered. In their sixties, my younger sister and her boyfriend, a professional dance instructor born in Argentina, went to New York City nightclubs to dance the Argentine Tango. The teens and twenty-somethings present could not keep up and stopped to watch them. (All those places are closed now because of the virus.)

Most young people today have been so scared by the myth of man-made global warming and the threat of not living to normal old age that they have become far more hedonistic than youngsters decades ago. I tell those who will listen, but don't waste time on those who won't.

The diet and lifestyle of Americans in recent decades has now reversed the upward trend of life expectancy over the past century. As the video shows, diseases virtually non-existent before are rampant now; and health care that treats only symptoms without addressing real causes will not change that.

Thus, it is up to each of us to take responsibility for our own health; and this post is intended to provide useful information for that purpose.

Thank you again for your encouraging remarks. -- Mike

You are welcome, Sharon. Thank you for your compliments on this post. Yes, some reviewers already have told me they are revising their food choices because of this information.

The same pharmaceutical companies which control the medical schools through their strings-attached donations also control the news media through advertising revenue and politicians through campaign contributions. That is why these studies are revealed in an obscure video rather than in international news headlines.

Google, Facebook, and Twitter are busily concocting algorithms that label such information as "fake news" in violation of their supposed "standards" (which actually are Leftist bias). If the Leftists win in November, all such videos will vanish, and everyone associated with them may vanish too. Over fifty alternative medicine doctors successfully curing diseases, rather than endlessly treating symptoms, have died under suspicious circumstances in recent years; and NO investigations have occurred. That fact alone proves how dangerous the truth is to Big Pharma and the medical establishment.

The so-called "Affordable Care Act" (Obamacare) was an attempt to control the populace by controlling health care (one-sixth of our economy). The antidote is for individuals to take back control by handling their own health issues through proper nutrition. -- Mike
