The picture of Boscoe is amazing! However, I must admit to some confusion regarding the subject matter of the poem; I am assuming that the dog is a house dog and would thus know that the humans are indoors more ofter. Perhaps, instead, Boscoe's owner has not been affected too much from the pandemic (if the owner works remotely to begin with) and the dog is simply commenting on the relative lack of humans bustling about when out, for example, on walks within the city-seeing no more customers or cars. Either way, a great take on reality.
