You are so very spot on with the sub-title. The worst sin is doing nothing. Sick world we live in, but justice shall prevail one day. Words are well chosen to describe this hideous crime.

You are still writing beautiful poetry, Brooke. Always seem to pick just the right words to inspire one. Thanks for sharing.

Well, you could use the word 'skies' and it would for sure rhyme well. Hi there, girl. I'm back again. I almost had to make a ghostly appearance this time round. Read my latest poem and you will understand. Lovely pic!

Nice treat, especially with the Joni Mitchell addition. I thought your poem read well and had a lot of soul to it. Too bad it is actually putting down others as well. We are all sinners, even priests and nuns. I think we have to be open minded these days and realize that not one has ever been good enough to enter heaven's gates. There really are two sides to the story, but you did your poem justice.

Great imagery, chey. I am so excited to be back. And your poem makes me realize the talent on this site. A very good poem that is well written and flows so wonderfully. It tells me you are still in pain. I hope things will soon get better for you.

I love how your poem rhymes and flows so well. I can't think of anything I would change. It is just right and so very true. Childhood is a time of innocence. But life gets in the way and that part soon disappears. Well done!

Very nicely written. It is one of my fears to be all alone in my old age. Even though I have so many things I want to do. So far it has not been a problem.

Anabella, this shows how much faith you have. Being quiet before the Lord until he annoints you with healing salve. How precious. Lois xx

This was so cute. My grandmother remarried at 73. Imagine putting up with someone with strange habits and aches and pains. She had him for four years before he too passed on. But they seemed happy for the time they were together. Nice poem. Lois xx

Good job. I am so glad we know how to spell and that even though these words were readable, it took time to figure out a lot of them. I wouldn't have been able to do this. Good for you. Lois xx
