This work has reached the exceptional level

I think this unrhymed poem is philosophical in several ways. Sweets from honeybees excels over the gold od precious, it's better than a "king's ransome; and glittering does not evaluate a rare metal's worth.
Pure gold positively does symbolize value and status. Still, greed for wealth, prestige and class frequently corrupts and comes short of glory.

Into The Vortex by LisaMay

Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted

In a way, VORTX sends a message of senseless journey. In my mind, it pictures stalemate, a spinning of the wheels.

However, even in in this quagmire it is repetitive and borin.

Excellent

Colorful language in narration, dialofue and action.
I think this chapter gives me some picture of France and citizens, in a miniature way.

You end it well in suspense.

I like your "Quiet Snowfall" very much. In basing Peace on a Divine source, you have a solid foundation.

I lke your words, "...to walk among us...taking our form", and demonstrating the true source of eternal love.

Yes, in pursuit of truth and love, I've also longed to spread that by published writing.

It;s disheartening that partying, praising the cheap and exciting pushes out the best. But, to quote a figure of speech from long ago. it's confirmed by this: "Truth crushed to earth will rise again."

I think the author notes give some history.

Herte's my input on that:

I was a sales person for Fields publisher. I did well in mostly rural areas, seldom in urban places, unless we include very small towns.

But I was looking for work in Cincinnati when the big C E O was promoting big sales. That wasc1950. I had no vehicle, so I never got a job.

Seems like this tidy and neat bit measured up to the croterian of a two-line poem, rhyming handily.

It seems to me many reviewers get by with a lot fewer charcters than I did Typically do.

Yeah, I could have spread on in small talk.

Hurrah, Commando! - Chapter 15 by Tootie
Chapter 15 of the book Love Long Distance

Excellent

As historical narrative, this chapter 15 gives a down-to-earth pastime.. Born in eastern Kentucky, and having shipped overseas to the Panama Canal Zone for two years, I can identify a little bit with Bill's more sacrificial Vietnam tour.
