The week begins by Sandra du Plessis

Oh, yes, each new week a new beginning. Great Rondelet, Sandra. I must admit, now I am retired, there does not seem to be any difference between the beginning or end of the week. I often have to check to see what day it is! ... or maybe that is a bit of a 'senior moment'? Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

A great Minute Poem, and one most of us here on FS can relate to. Ah, yes, those long long nights, absorbed in what we are writing, forgetting time. But... life, nor writing should be a race at our age... Enjoyed, and good luck in the contest. Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

What a dramatic and emotional Rime Couee you have written here, Dorothy. I have never heard of this form before, but I enjoyed reading this. The rhyme scheme works and flows smoothly. Thanks for sharing and warmest regards, Marijke :o)

If only... it hasn't worked yet, so this may never happen whilst greed, power and fame such strong incentives for people to keep this human race on the same path. And as you say, so much in the name of religion or faith. We have never learned from past mistakes and history, it would seem... but, it would be good if it could happen. Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

Sandra, a wonderful Lanturne. Well structured, and as difficult as this format is, it makes sense and is descriptive. Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

Sorry, no more sixes... please consider this a virtual six. A great Triolet, on a subject close to my heart, and one which I still don't understand... why people are judged and treated cruelly due to their race. Well written, with an important and thought provoking subject. Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

Sorry, I've been generous with my sixes, as this deserves one. Great Triolet on an interesting subject matter, with which I agree wholeheartedly. Well structured, free flowing, with an important message. Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

... and here I was, just about to tell you today is Monday... but then, it is probably still Sunday where you are. I am like you... in that I don't watch the news, or as little as possible, so it won't depress or frighten me, actually. So much madness out there... it makes me look sane, and that is questionable! Well written, enjoyable little read. Warmest regards, Marijke :o) xxx
