I would love to experience, but since I can't. I appreciate your post and your notes. Guess this answers my question as to whether or not you are still traveling. Lol.

I have no idea how you write about all of these setbacks withsuch serming detachment. I think we are the same age and that in and of
Itself is scarey. Hang in there.

Liked eveything about this. Noticed on facebook you are having some medical issues. Hope all goes well. Saw that you were worried about Prissy. If you would have to be admitted to hosp, don't you have someone you could leave her with?

I notice the older I get the more focused I am on others my age, and older, especially at the gym. I am constantly making comparisons, wondering how I am perceived. Do I look that old? Are my shoulders beginning to slope? Do people notice my age spots?
But thankfully, I am not surrounded by it. I can come home and to my safe place. Don't really know how you maintain your sanity

This is a reminder that one should always expect the unexpected. No one can ever say never when it comes to the human psyche.. Good job on conde nsing a much bigger story.

Nice alliteration of (b) in the first one. And equally nice allitration of (c) in second, but the echoing sounds of (l)
and (s) really accent the entire duo.

Loved this. Especially liked the fourth line. And the last line was a great twist. Very haiku like. Good luck in the contest. Gorgeous artwork choice.

My heart breaks when i read your posts about life at the retirement home. Reminds me too much of the nursing home that I visited every other day for over10 years when my mom was there
It sounds like your doctor has a rather blaise attitude abou your diagnosis
I do know that exhaustion can be a result of internal bleeding
Maybe you need another opinion.

I don't know which I like best, your characters, or their interaction. I think it is the latter because it is always emphasized by their their body language, which is always in sync with their personalities. I wish I had had time to keep up with the book. Hopefully the opportunity to catch up will materialize. Just not right now.

I must have missed this one. But that is ok, otherwise I don't think that allows for a current comment. Lovely artwork to accompany this serene picture brought to life by your poem. I especially like the the third stanza. Have a great weekend.
