Your poem speaks the truth of human nature well.

Kleck,
You story is dignified as it teaches the proper way to
say goodbye to close family. Your mother was your saint
and she deserved to go to Jesus peacefully.
I am glad you got to be with your mom as she passed
to heaven. A beautiful tribute to your Mother.
Blessings,

Ric,
Well you can't blame Brad even if this ends badly for him.
Your setting would make any red blooded American boy
quit thinking with his mind.
You have set up the next chapter perfectly. Cannot wait
to read what is in store for Brad.

The Wood Stove by Charley Lake

Excellent

Charley,
Your true story has a sad ending. The jest of your
story is about the building of the house and the warmth
of the new stove.
You may need to give the reader more info on your
parents not getting along. Your father leaving for good
is too important not to have more build up.
Peace,
