tati: I feel so delighted and humbled, Even Though, my tanka of faith, was placed as second winner by the Contest Committee on the Faith contest. I thank you all my dear friends, I'm so sorry for not reciprocating your reviews, due to my husband's health condition; worsening lately. And to you, Joan E, thank you deep from my heart for writing, posting and dedicating your poem "Indonesia's toll" to me. I only hope I can be half as good a friend to you.

Fireshadow: For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun? And what is to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered? Only when you drink form the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.

Belinda: Dear Tati, happy birthday. Here's a little something for you:

    Another Year

    Another year has passed
    Another to know you better
    Your ups, your downs
    Your joys, your sorrows

    Itâ??s been a hard year
    Since December to December
    From birthday to birthday
    But youâ??ve made it, girl

Youâ??ve passed the test of time
    And even more so
    The test of love
    Of devotion and perseverance

So whatâ??s your birthday gift today?
    A myriad of memories
    So precious to keep
And last you through years to come

    Another year has passed
    Now I know you better
    Through laughter and tears
    I admire you more

tati: Thank you so much, my dear friend, Belinda, for this highest appreciation. It means a lot as it's a special dedication to my birthday. I am so touched. I never knew how hard it was to loose someone we love, until the day my husband went to heaven above. It has been twenty days since his departure, up till now Iâ??m not able to return to my normal activities yet.
I am writing this reply with tears in my eyes. If only I had enough words to express my gratitude, Belinda.

I send you my love and many hugs ...
