INFORMATION
Alaskastory loves to tell all about Alaska. Evidence of that is the revised edition of "THE SPIRIT BASKET, 270 Years of an Alaska Family". This is an historical novel available in paperback or eBook through Amazon.com. Her first postings on Fan Story was a mystery novel, OVER RAINBOWS. It is now an E-book and in paperback. "CLIMBING THE GREAT DENALI" was also inspired by Fanstory reviewers and is now available as an E-Book or in paperback. Her most recent novel is "WHISPERS TO A DEAF DOG" is all about dog-sledding and is now in paperback or e-book. It, too, was written to post on FanStory and received many very helpful reviews.

Alaska, the land of the midnight sun, has been home since it was granted statehood. Her three children were born and raised in Fairbanks. She and her husband consider it a great place to live, especially in summer!

Alaskastory: I want to thank everyone on FanStory who reviewed and encouraged me to complete my novel about dog mushing. WHISPERS TO A DEAF DOG is now in paperback and on Kindle e-books. I hope kids in about sixth grade and up will have a great time reading about a dog who proves to be a hero.

MissMerri: I think this is actually one of my favorite books MissA. WHISPERS TO A DEAF DOG would make a great movie. You need an agent perhaps, but I think someone should be promoting this wonderful story.

MissMerri: I've read this wonderful book and recommend it highly. It is meant for Young Adult aged children, but is really a fascinating story for any age. I think it should be in every library. Congratulations on the writing as well as publishing this, MissA!

forestport12: Great to see this Marie. I will definitely order the paperback. It is well worth it. And I want to see what my teens think of it and perhaps have them introduce to the school. I will see you on the mountain.
