I've always fancied myself a word smith. I can be a bit critical at times, but I have taste.
My own poems are extemporaneous, and I don't like to throw them out, I'd rather come back to them later, and revise.
I use poetry, as a means of documenting some of my ideas, and strengthening my sentence writing, because, let's face it, the best poetry is usually found within prose. |
