Jim Hastings is currently a resident of western Kentucky. He is married and has three daughters. When Jim is not busy writing a poem or story he spends his time working in a hospital as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
Jim's philosophy is to live in the spirit and character of Jesus Christ. Sometimes he even succeeds.
Hobbies include bass fishin', camping, and generalized laziness.
Jim welcomes everyone to view his portfolio and to make honest comments.

Jim Hastings has several works published in the book titled, "Tapestries of the Heart...Emerging Poets of the Twenty-First Century."
