heather edell: I'm waiting for the day to break
its not as simple
as eating cake
i just want to shake it off

and go back from the very start
edit my life
change the pace
and add new friends to the mix

we cant always fix the mistakes
but to add a hint of danger
risk, and have the reward
if we don't put ourselves out there
in the real world

heather edell: The Man That Died Again.
Not then, not now but soon
He'll return to the living again somehow
He's alive the second time around
He died once, got re-aimanted, died twice, brought back to live by a witches spell
Now he works for the big guy downstairs in Hell
No,No,No he's not evil
He's just the living dead, but technically he's still alive, I'll try to get my facts straight for next time
What do you think, he's roughly 110 years old give or take
You can't fake, that rotting smell, of a corpse that's been dead for awhile now
He doesn't sleep in a bed, he lies down in a coffin instead
He loves to scare the neighbors, he waits for dusk
He walks in a slow pace, even a turtle would win that race
Afraid of lightening, afraid of gunshots and fire
He's lost on earth looking for someone to desire.
Ooh would you look at that, he died again, Does anyone knows CPR?

heather edell: i speak with feeling
i don't say what I'm thinking

heather edell: Perhaps your right
That were not perfect
A chance to turn light into night
Mistakes into disappearing errors we do not make
And capture strength we do not have, yet
All to insure our survival as a race

heather edell: monster under the bed
only comes out at night
demoniac thoughts that run thru your head
comes out in the light
when we shine a camera to them.

we drink a cup of coffee in the morning and another in the late evening
we put the radio on in the car and turn the TV loud from a far
we have a routine we live by and a honor code we rely others by
we don't take responsibility. were mindless, without thought
we aren't in control of our actions, cause we stop thinking after a routine becomes so clear, blindfolded we can no longer see
that our actions we did not foresee has a level of difficult

heather edell: loneliness kills from within
stabs wounds can also be as deadly
were never really free
we lives thru the vessel of our bodies
merely mortal of the skin, Immortal of the heart we touch
the souls we cannot bare, and the hairs we cannot see
doesn't mean its not there, and the lives of many aren't fair
personalities isn't easy, but we did have it rough

heather edell: Whisper and silence
open your ears
unlock your mysteries
and i'll let you in, and revealed to you of all my secrets
Give me the key
And i'll set your words free

A power so great
that brings kings to their knees
it feeds off from the tears we bleed
wisdom and strength
released all of your fears
birth and death
forget all the rest
Warlocks,Werewolves and Demons
Come out of your buried caves
Unhinge yourself from these chains

heather edell: death is the end of humanity
puts a sudden halt to life, itself
child's awaken eyes and starts to believe in
something more, something real
a rebirth of a whole new generation of
believers and fools
women man children people
the leaders of the free will
the teachers of the youth
filing up our minds with unwanted truths
corrupted our future selves
by the evil hand of men
golden hearts are the things of the past
greed control us now
loyalty has been shot
but that won't last
heavy winds, uplifting breeze
sunsets are beautiful uncertainties
full moons are the light in the darkness
presented our guiding ways
to follow the path that we made

heather edell: I have a life that i have lead
And a brain that's above my head
During the Civil War, people once said, i heard it thru the grapevine
So much to consider, even a glass of wine
Is a big decision, but life's is a peach
But the world's is a bitch, but should i go out there and reach
An happy ending, nah i'll Pass
And lay down for hours on the grass
Stare at the clouds above and reminisce of the life that i have lead

heather edell: i would like to be just like one of my heroes
brave, strong, independent invisible
unseen to the untrained eye
meanwhile dying on the inside
go through building undetective

heather edell: Close to death
A sad thought
Leaves you hopeless
Within that, your never free
Always tried down to something

Keeps you growing, in solitude
Choosing to be by yourself
In emptyness
Its gonna make you be alone

And cold in isoation
But you'll be close to
Knowing your actual self
Raging in war with the true enemy
Dying from within
Cutting and bleeding
Blood draining your spirt
Trapt inside, within ones mind
Light turning dim
Lying there, waiting for the light to shine
But only darkness came
And its taking you away
Peace quick hovering over.

heather edell: I don't know
If i'm still
in love with you
I don't want
to be with
any other person
but you
i'm scared to find out
that i'm falling
falling in love with you
i'm so frustrated
i'm so darn confuse
i'm only wanna be with you
thinking that your the right guy
