I'm Goldie Lopez an Inspiring ARTIST & Writer. I'm a lover of the ARTS. Not to mention poetry and lyrical writing.

You can find my ArtWork at:
And also at:

I'm here to learn to master the skill of writing. Since I was a little girl, I was always told stories about how I would hold paper hostage, by hiding it in my closet or under the bed. I found out then, I formed a love and an innate passion for writing, this beautiful art. Though as much as I love writing, my flaws in this skill are punctuation and spelling.

Correcting my work had an huge impact on me, because of DYSLEXIA. As much as I correct certain problematic issues, there were others I never realized was there.

As some would say I'm exposing some dirty laundry sorta speaking LoL. And Truth be Told I want to get BETTER and be the BEST WRITER that I can be. So when giving me an opinionated comment, please turn it into a more constructive comment to help me master my faults.

Many Thanks In-return

Goldie-Lopez: I have a question to ask...

I need a good editing program that can tell me if a writing has Plagiarism, add on words etc...

This is the one that has been recommended to me by people I trust.

Goldie-Lopez: Ok... That was one of the ones I was looking at and the other was ProWriting Aid.

So Grammarly is worth the money they charge than?

Goldie-Lopez: You know... Someone asked me "Why do I identify with pain and suffering so much in my writings..?"

I than took the time to noticed most of my writing is about pain and struggles. I've written about what I went through and saw as a child and an adult.

Writing has helped a great deal with healing and understanding things, I just couldn't explain or get.

I come to know in life... we go through things and as children we can't help the life were given, but as adults we can go in the direction we want our lives to go in. My life is much different now. Some of my poems reflect very deep content with a familiar feeling that relates to me(a bit of them were from my youth)...

But(SMILING)just for the record I'll have a bit more happier poems and stories well on the way.

October21: I understand what you mean. I'm looking forward to reading some of these happier poems. Your posts are so enticing and mesmerising.

Goldie-Lopez: Most of the poems I've put on this site were from a time when things took a left instead if right(meaning a less happier time), and reflections of the world around me as well. Those poems are old, I'm working on new stuff. Though I must admit, sometimes I get stuck with finding the right words to use, or trying to expression what I'm conveying...
I think to me, that is the biggest task when I'm writing.

    expressions9: Hi Goldie-Lopez
Just looking around the site and noticed your page. This message is coming much later than your original, but I just wanted to say that I fully understand where you are coming from as I have felt the same way myself. Have been through a lot in the past and amazingly it's actually writing poems that caused me to want to express some of that (I'm hoping to get on with a book I've started but it takes a lot of time when you have family commitments). I'd like to become your fan and look forward to reading your work.

Goldie-Lopez: Thank you for the kind words, I myself have been away for some time and never saw your message to me. I read your poem school daze, that's an interesting one. I focused more of my energy on Fanart that I stopped really writing my work here. But I'm back and I'm ready to write again. I hope to hear for you again and don't be a stranger.

Goldie-Lopez: ??~ For a dream... We fight obstacles, the world, and ourselves: Only to discover believing in doubt and fear our success, because of judgments from others. Were than lead to these questions- what is my self worth... Am I worthy enough... Am I what people think I am, or what GOD inspired me to be? The answer is: Never give up on something you LOVE- That is who you are! ~

~ Food for thought ... ~
