Robert Lee Brown: Have been out since 19th of Dec. Had 2 falls. The last one ended me up in the ER > ICU for Christmas and our 70th wedding anniversary. We had a party with family and hospital staff. Two days later moved to the Cascades, a very nice assisted living and rehab facility. Going home some time in the next 10 days.
Sorry to have missed so many of your great postings on FS. I now have a computer in my room and will try to do as many reviews as I can in the little time left by the schedule of required activities and visits from friends.

michaelcahill: What a trooper. I can so relate to that. That is exactly what would be on my mind!! How to access this place and when I could get home to do it. Hahaha. Don't forget to take care of yourself!! See you very soon.

Robert Lee Brown: I am back with both my thumbs pointed up. What a lousy trip that was. Maybe I can keep up now.

Robert Lee Brown: Sorry that I could not keep up with reviews. For the last 7 days I have suffered from what my Dr. called inflamed arthiritus in both thumbs which swelled as large as the rest of my hands and with very sharp pains both with and without touch. I have 3 more days on a treatment program that seems to be working. Never before realized how important thumbs really are. Still learning. Bob

Robert Lee Brown: I have finished my first year at FanStory and am very happy with what I have learned, the friends made and the responses to my postings. There is much more I can learn from each of you and from the additional classes in my future. FanStory provides great opportunities on many fronts and I would like to explore more of them during this next year. Bob

Robert Lee Brown: I have taken some excellent courses, here, in writing poetry. I have learned that what I have written in the past and called it poetry was not as good as I thought it was at the time it was written. Now I am enjoying those Blue Ribbons and Best Ever Awards. Now I am looking forward to writing some free verse and short fiction as well as non fiction.
Making more new friends will be nice, also.
