Curtis Hatch is my pen name. I earned a BS in Business Administration and worked more than thirty years in Corporate Management. I am a native of Tennessee, and a long-time resident of South Carolina. My wife Sheron and I have been married forty-six years. We have three children, seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren on the way.

I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and a loyalist to the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Democratic Republic. The Constitution enumerates the nation's God given rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. I believe in small, fiscally responsible governments, at all levels, that answer to the people.

It was educational to spend two years in Japan, travel widely in Canada, and some in Mexico. Retirement has presented me the opportunity to become more involved and to pursue my writing interests. My editorials have appeared in some newspapers. I have been the guest on radio talk shows discussing political and social issues, and I have done several television interviews. I find it frustrating that small groups of unelected elite put themselves into the role of 'gods' orchestrating life-and-death issues affecting the people of the world. Such are the 'gods' in my novel "When the gods go Astray." I am nearing completion of the novel's sequel.

I hate writing a biography; too much I and my.

My personal circumstances have taken a dramatic change of direction. It will greatly hinder my participation in FanStory. For those who might be interested, the novel is complete and available at and in paperback and Kindle. I hope to be able to participate again soon.
