INFORMATION
I have been writing since I was about nine years old, mostly poetry and short stories. I obtained a diploma in Creative Writing and Fundamentals of Journalism by correspondence while working 50 to 65 hours a week in agriculture. I am presently marketing my first book, a biographical fiction and feminist novel heavily based on my own experiences training racehorses back through the late seventies to early nineties. I have been published in various magazines including Freefall, Bywords, Pulsar, Zygote, Feathertale, and Green's Magazine. I am also a visual artist and a musician, playing mandolin, violin and piano.
