I thank you profoundly for your review, rating and patience regarding my extremely acknowledgment of the same. I haven't had on-line opportunity for nearly 2 years, so I will restrain from another promise to return soon ... especially since tonight I am sitting with my grandestbaby and his stomach flu. For that reason alone, some of my reply maybe/will be a cut & paste, but I know yall are tyhe bestest of the best and will once again understand..,. Until When. XO Lea Ann

Your depth of humanity is reflected in your character that brings to life that which is often overlooked and discarded-a pine branch straining beneath life-giving snow- a true sense of life seen in the everyday and overlooked by those who do not value the fabrics and phenomenons of life as you have done here, Lea Ann! Thank you for being that 'wisp of wit and wisdom' that acknowledges the nature and nurture of life!:) Dansden Dan

Absolutely disarming from the picture and totally charming from the 'twist' in your panties 'in the end' lol!
Rhyme, imagination and humor combine to provide a delightful reflection of 'Indecion" rejections outwitting the reader with enticing deflections. lol!

A fun read:) Dan

Love Simply Grows by judy corcoran

"Love Simply Grows" is such an appropriate message for parents, grandparents and siblings who contribute to the nurture and growth of a baby!:)

A poem that's neither "sappy" or 'crappy" in celebrating "Love Simply Grows" :) dansden

It's just a guess, CBonner, but 'Christian' sounds like anyone of my 5 grandsons.:)
What a delightful and charming description of 'life' at that most impervious age- adolescence going on 45.:)

Thank you, CBonner, for this 'happy' and 'hearty' description of Christian! Dansden

The adventures of the 'Tickletoes' describes the loving ways family care for one another- your creative 'story-telling' is such a rhythmic relational jaunt into the hearts and hopes of those who truly care for one another told by one who truly cares for them all. Thank you, judy!:)Dan

Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

The most beautiful image in the world is a small child 'beaming'!
When captured through the adoring eyes of an 'aunt';
Not a treasure on earth is as precious as an aunt's scheming,
When proving to a child there's no such word: 'can't'!:)

Thank you for revealing to the human spirit the indomitable and serendipitous hope and joy that 'makes magic' in the hearts and hopes of those who love!:)
An absolutely 'magical moment' of rhyme and reason in the hearts of children everywhere. :) Dan

Thank you for your patience. As I understand it, every organized religion has its ethical code. As a practicing Jew living in Israel, I have my own conception of these things.A wise medieval sage was asked to encapsulat all the wisdom of Judaism while standing on one foot. This he did saying; "Love thy neighbor as thy self." -Ekim

If We Thought Like God by Dansden

Good

Dare we lay down rules for God to follow. We don't know God. We have never seen God. At best we might imagine him to be an overwhelming force behind all life and we dare to lay down laws for him to bow down before. Maybe left us to our own devices and gave us the responsibility to create a perfect world; an impossible task. We haven't even got time on our side. Can anyone say they will die in a state of grace.
Fellow poet, you confuse me with all your abstract generalizations. I think you are tripping up over them also.
One thing I can suggest. If God is an overwhelming power behind all things, he still needs us to define something of his power. There is a partnership between us. Let it be a covenant. I hope I am not tripping you up with my abstractions. -Ekim

Imagining God, best imagined allblessed
Designing like God, world a true garden
human needs no pardon.
Planning like God, life for the benefit of everyone
no hardship.
Love God for the real dignity of mankind
Living like God, the knowing of sweet releases.

When the Amercian Dream was real, politics were NOT what brought it about, it was hard work of the American people, it was hope of the American people and perserverance of the American people. Today, if it is said in DC, It is the gospel, not the people's choice.

This is beautifully done. If I had a 6 I would give it one. One suggestion, probably just because I like pictures, maybe include a picture. I have learned the hard way that readers can be fickle and if there's nothing to catch their attention they often go by a good read. Great job. God bless.
