Love Repeating

by Ritasher

I turn away, take off my clothes,
Streetlights illuminate my skin.
I sink in sleep, but heart won’t close –
Thrilling dreams are about to begin.

It’s naked truth on naked body –
You’re all over me again,
Written with the ink so gaudy
I can’t quite grasp the sense of pain.

I’ll ruffle your hair, let you lead,
I’ll help you overcome despair;
Then I’ll wake up, and I will bleed,
But gentle crash needs no repair.

As night enlightens the invisible,
The dream suppressed may come true.
I'll divide all that is divisible
To equal parts for me and you.

I’ll tell you without speaking,
So I hope you'll show up deaf.
This loving requires repeating
Through touch, or sleep, or death.

I really wanted to read this one. I am not a native English speaker, though, so please bear with my pronunciation... Thank you for stopping by!
