this was incredibly disturbing, but you made a good point, and it hit home. yes, I think you are right, we are in a supernatural battle between good and evil, right and wrong. Thanks for the reminder. i'm glad it's Sunday, so I can go to church! what a scary poem and story.

Mark, my guess is that you're new here and you, like so many other new members, have not taken the time to read the Q&A section here on how to give a proper review.

So, please allow me to assist you.

A three-star rating coupled with your complimentary review do not make sense. As you can see by the screen shot below, a three star rating is considered "below average", and suggestions should be made by you to the author for improving the work:

On the next screen shot you'll notice a tool bar which sits at the top of every page on FanStory. Within that tool bar are tabs to assist you while navigating the site.
If you'll notice, there is a tab labeled "Community". If you hover with your cursor above that tab, a drop down menu appears:

One topic in the sub menu is "Q&A" Click it:

Within that topic is explained the ways in which you are to properly review, the amounts of stars you should award (and why) what the certificates mean and how to use them, and so on:

Please familiarize yourself with this section before you run into someone who might not be as forgiving as I am for receiving a three star, or below average rating.

    Welcome to FanStory

yes, i am new, so sorry if you were offended by my review. I suppose the three stars was not on your "presentation" but the topic itself i found the whole thing shocking disturbing which was the point.
It is like watching the 7:00 news, after a while, how do you react? I apologize if i judged too quickly, and yes, i am a rookie, bare with me

We aren't supposed to give stars based upon personal choices in genre. We are supposed to give reviews based upon the quality if work, i.e., grammar, punctuation, form, etc.
I realized you were new so I was kind.
    I'm not always kind...

This is definitely not sappy and will indeed elicit a shiver. You've chosen a very serious topic. Very interesting.
I recently saw a Louis Theroux documentary about Coalinga, a mental institution in California where all the inmates are pedophiles. I do recommend it.

I have no time for the rehabilitation of child sex offenders and pedophiles either incarcerate them and castrate them cut out their testicles make them wear a tatoo saying I am a pedo phile. This is poignantly written in sometimes double rhyme line as I call it You have wonderful combinations and the flow of the poem and its accompanying audio is always perfect and eerie and fkg scary!!

thanks for sharing

It is good to have a muse
Filled with such vision
Giving forth the truth
That it is not from heaven

That your poems are of this type
The theme of sordid likes
Does find it charming
That there is deep meaning

To warn the many here
That such fears are real
The perverts are so many
Especially who victimize the child

Keep giving forth this vision
That has the message given
For so too many abuse
We need to know the truth

This poem has all your usual attributes displayed, Dean, but then moves to the real monsters that can't be simply forgotten by turning a page. I wonder whether your goal was this or if the theme turned to that in the middle of other, comparatively less scary situations llike ghouls, zombies, and ghosts.
