I've lost track of how many of these I've read tonight--now 2:30AM--each time I'm about to shut down another pops up--another excellent chapter! Cheers. LIZ

This is the first chapter I have read. It is very long and informative, so I got some idea about the characters. Well-written and systematically story.
About Jefferson's one-night-stand with Amy: my opinion must be, for lack of information and background, be a general one. I saw that he knew Amy already for many years, and always had a crush on her. The fact that she married his best friend was accepted with good grace, but did not diminish his desire for her. So the moment, being so close together in the hallway, was sort of electric and created the inevitable moment of high erotic attraction, resulting in the fulfillment in bed.
I don't condemn it, I think it was a natural, but one-time-only togetherness. Good for both of them.

I enjoyed reading this chapter and I like the children, the dog, and the new nanny (she is going to be it, right?)

Thank you. Yes, that was the relationship I was going for with Jefferson and Amy At the moment, it's supposed to create more problems than solutions.
