Wow--intense--startling revelations--even though I'm reading out of sequence I feel each chapter is complete in itself so it doesn't bother me--I'm impressed that you write about so-called "disabled" people who have love lives--hopefully will educate some. Cheers. LIZ
This seems to have realistic action, dialogue, and characters. A break-up scene is never fun for a main character, or a real person. It sounds like Jefferson went from hopeful to disheartened. This part of the dialogue points out that Jefferson has strong qualities: "I'm gonna go catch a few minutes' sleep in my office," Jefferson said. "Then I'll grab some coffee, teach, and just wait for today to end."
