I write either what I feel or whatever I can imagine to feel!
ulster3: It is so wonderful to have you on board, rashikumar. The short poem you provided to me is exquisite and has excellent alliteration and metaphor. Obviously you have talent. I hope you will be posting soon. I was reading your information. I was a social worker, and I used to say I was in the job because I was an actress and writer who fell on hard times...Just a joke! Being a computer engineer impresses me immensley, because I have few technical skills. Hugs to you, and keep writing! Warmly, Becca -
Carolyn 12: Welcome to FS. I look forward to reading more of your work. I just read your poem for your mom very nicely done. -
ReaThomas: Welcome to fanstory, Rashi! Keep posting your wonderful poetry, I so very much enjoyed the one I read. -
God's Writer: You can send poems to people via their contact box. Even though they are not posted I can read them and help you as much as I can.
sunnilicious: I entered the ABC Poem Contest. Never heard of it before. So, I found some ABC Poems online. None are 5 lines. Should I do a 3-line poem? or 5-line poem?
rashi kumar: I think 5 lines for this poem.
Would love to read your entry. -
sunnilicious: Hi Rashi. Thanks for getting back in touch with me. I wasn't sure. There's not much information online about the ABC structure, but the ABC Poems that I found made me wonder. So it's actually an ABCDE Poem with any 5 consecutive letters in the alphabet. Interesting. This may not be so much fun, but I'll try my best. ;) Sunnilicious -
October21: Fanstory should give prizes for the amount of reviews written in a week. If one reviewer reviewed over.... lets say one hundred pieces a week, they could win 5 member dollars... or a reviewing ribbon. It will help the people who review a lot to know that their reviews count and are appreciated. Sometimes we must feel like we are reviewing so many writers' work and gaining nothing in return. I reckon for us special reviewers, who review frequently... should be rewarded! Help to raise this idea by contacting Tom by private message... -
